I never thought I'd write a review for sewing machine repairs, but I was so impressed with this business I had to. My girlfriend has been making masks recently. When her machine broke, I called around for an estimate. 3 other places told me what the problem was but the quotes were fairly high. I called this place and she was very helpful on the phone. I took the machine in and found her to be very honest and extremely knowledgeable about the machine. She has a lot of machines there so I thought she would try to sell me a new machine but that was not the case. She found a work-around and we got the machine fixed. My girlfriend says the machine runs so smoothly now and she is very happy with it. I wish all businesses were as honest and friendly as this place.

THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. I contacted My Long for a problem with tension on my newly acquired machine. They were very kind and attentive over the phone. This kindness and attentiveness completely carried over to the repair. They fixed the problem, tested it and wrote a note BY HAND with their findings and test pinned to the test cloth. I had another little problem, but since I was within the 10 day warranty, I brought the machine in and they looked at it, had me try it out afterwards and all with great explanations and a smile.
I cam all the way from LA to here because I really trust these people. The manager Tracy, the mechanic Henry, the clerk Sonia, they are all so professional and friendly. This is the place!!
